NO TIME FOR THE SPA? DO A NUMEROLOGY MINI-FACIAL AT HOME

We get it—life comes at you fast. Between work, kids, exercise, relationships, trying to eat healthy and maybe getting enough sleep, you’re tired! Even the most busy and productive of us need a break to recharge now and again, and that’s where the spa comes in. It’s a quiet and life-force replenishing environment that can be oh-so-helpful in assisting us in getting our energy back so we can go out into life again, ready to tackle whatever we need to. But what if you don’t have time to go to the spa? Or perhaps you’re strapped for cash. What then? If this sounds like you, you’re not out of luck. You can still rejuvenate and feel pampered by giving yourself a mini-treatment at home.

Go ahead and start with a bath. If you have any essential oils on hand, pour a couple drops into the water, and you might even want to add some Epsom salts or a teaspoon of a carrier oil such as Jojoba. You can light some candles for yourself, dim the lights, maybe play your favorite relaxing music—anything to help make you feel like you’re in your own spa-like world. When you’re ready, wash the mask off with warm water, drain the bath, and gently pat your face dry.
